Now a PhD student at UC Berkeley. Saket Sadani, B.S., Turing Scholars Honors Thesis (). Ruohan Gao Ph.D. (). Now a postdoc at Stanford Prior to joining Stanford in , Prof. Wetzstein was a Research Scientist at MIT, he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia in and graduated with Honors from the Bauhaus in Weimar, Germany before that. He is the recipient of an NSF CAREER Award, an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship, an ACM SIGGRAPH Units for a given course may not be counted to meet the requirements of more than one degree, (with the exception that up to 45 units of a Stanford MA or MS degree may be applied to the residency requirement for the PhD, DMA or Engineer degrees ().For example, students who have already taken STATS and have counted it toward their undergraduate or another Master's

My research interests are in computer vision and machine learning. In general, the goal of computer vision is to develop the algorithms and representations that will allow a computer to autonomously analyze visual information. My primary interests are video, multimodal perception, embodied AI vision for robotics, perception for actionand visual recognition. Recent and ongoing projects in the group consider first-person "egocentric" computer vision, navigation and exploration in 3D spaces, audio-visual learning from video, activity recognition, affordance models from video, vision for fashion forecasting, styles, trends, stanford cs phd thesis, recommendation, attributesand video summarization.

Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science MIT CSAIL and EECS 32 Vassar St, Cambridge, MA Email: first and middle initials + my last name at blogger.com I was a professor at Stanford from I got a PhD from Carnegie Mellon under the marvelous Manuel Blum, and I was an undergrad at Cornell. For more, see my CV below Prerequisites: CS or CS B/X, CS B or CS X, CS , and CS (algorithms, probability, and object-oriented programming in Python). We highly recommend comfort with these concepts before taking the course, as we will be building on them with little review Together with Fei-Fei, I designed and was the primary instructor for a new Stanford class on Convolutional Neural Networks for Visual Recognition (CSn). The class was the first Deep Learning course offering at Stanford and has grown from enrolled in to students in , and students in
